1 Definitions & Interpretation

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only at Online138. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed, with balances either refunded or withheld depending on the circumstances.

By registering, you agree to:

4 Deposits & Payments

• Rollover incomplete: If an active bonus credit with an outstanding rollover requirement exists, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the rollover is completed. The original deposit funds may be withdrawn, but the bonus credit will be forfeited.

9 Account Closure

Closure by Member: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the Online138 support team. Any valid account balance will be returned to you once the verification process is completed within 3 to 5 business days.

Closure by Online138: We reserve the right to close or suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Member found to be under 18 years of age.
• Requests from authorised law enforcement agencies.
• A period of inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months with no login activity.

In cases of account closure due to fraud or a terms violation, the account balance may be withheld while an investigation is conducted. The outcome of the investigation is final.
