* The Banker bet has the lowest house edge — which is why experienced players typically choose Banker as their core strategy.
One of the standout appeals of live baccarat at Online138 is how authentic the experience feels. You are facing a real human dealer through high-quality video streaming — not computer animation. Online138's professional dealers are trained to maintain a courteous, friendly and engaging atmosphere throughout — just like sitting at a real casino table.
Baccarat road maps (Big Road, Big Eye Road, Small Road, Cockroach Road) are displayed in real time and updated after every round. For Malaysian players who like to track patterns before placing their bets, these displays are an invaluable analytical tool during each session.
Register & Try NowThe road map is a visual record of past round results. Many experienced players use it to identify patterns before placing their next bet. At Online138, road maps are displayed automatically for every table.

Baccarat is largely a game of chance, but there are smart approaches that can help you manage your bankroll more effectively.
With a house edge of just 1.06%, Banker is the best-value bet in baccarat. Experienced players typically choose Banker as their default bet.
While the 8:1 payout may look attractive, the house edge on a Tie bet is 14.36% — far higher than either Banker or Player. Avoid making it your primary strategy.
Set a loss limit before you start playing and stick to it. Baccarat can produce extended losing streaks — a firm limit protects you from excessive losses.
The road map gives you an overview of past result patterns. It does not guarantee future outcomes, but it helps you make more informed decisions during play.
One of the advantages of playing baccarat at Online138 over a conventional casino is the financial protection layer offered through its bonus and rebate system. New members receive a Welcome Bonus of up to RM 500 usable at the baccarat tables — meaning you can start playing with more capital than your initial deposit.
Every week, VIP Gold members and above receive an automatic 5% live casino rebate on their total baccarat wagers — credited every Friday with no manual claim needed. In addition, the 10% Weekly Cashback ensures a consistent return even during a less fortunate week.

Baccarat is more than just another casino game — it is an experience. For many players in Malaysia, the baccarat table carries a sense of nostalgia and excitement that is hard to put into words. At Online138, we understand that feeling, and we strive to bring it to your screen as faithfully and authentically as possible through high-quality live dealer technology.
Baccarat is fundamentally a very easy game to learn. You only need to make one decision per round — bet on Banker, Player, or Tie. There is no complex card strategy like blackjack, no confusing double-down or split decisions. This makes baccarat suitable for players of all experience levels, from those just starting their casino journey to those who have been playing for years.
At Online138, we offer more than just standard baccarat tables. Speed Baccarat is available for those who prefer faster, more intensive rounds, Baccarat Squeeze adds a dramatic flair to every hand, and the Multi-Table option lets players manage several tables at once. This variety keeps every session feeling fresh and engaging, even after hundreds of rounds.
Mathematically, baccarat is one of the casino games with the lowest house edge — especially when you choose the Banker bet, which carries a house edge of just 1.06%. In theory, for every RM 100 you wager on Banker, only RM 1.06 is the long-term "cost" of that bet. Compare that to some slot games where the house edge can reach 5% or more — baccarat offers better betting value for players who understand the odds.
The baccarat road map is a tool highly valued by experienced players. At Online138, the road map is displayed automatically in four formats — Big Road, Big Eye Boy Road, Small Road and Cockroach Road. Each format offers a different perspective on past round patterns. Many Malaysian players use all four in combination to help make more informed betting decisions each session.
The Online138 VIP Programme offers real value to regular baccarat players. From Gold tier onwards, you receive an automatic 5% live casino rebate on total wagers, credited every Friday. At Diamond tier, this rebate increases to 8% and table betting limits are raised to up to RM 50,000 per round. For serious baccarat players, climbing the VIP tiers is not just about status — it brings tangible financial benefits that grow alongside your loyalty.
Depositing to play baccarat at Online138 is among the fastest in the industry. All major Malaysian local payment methods are accepted — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and FPX. Your deposit is processed within 30 seconds and is immediately available at the baccarat tables. This matters in a live game — you don't want to miss a round because of a slow deposit process.
For baccarat players on smartphones — the majority of Online138 users in Malaysia — our platform is fully optimised for mobile display. The baccarat table, road maps, betting chips, confirm buttons and dealer video stream all appear clearly on screen with no overlapping elements or sizing issues. A standard 4G connection is all you need for a smooth, uninterrupted streaming experience.
Finally, something we at Online138 always emphasise to our player community — baccarat is entertainment, not a source of income. Set clear playing limits, enjoy each round for the experience and excitement it brings, and never wager more than you can afford. With the right mindset, the baccarat tables at Online138 are a genuinely enjoyable way to spend your leisure time — with the chance to walk away with a satisfying win.
Example: 7 + 8 = 15 → actual value = 5. The closer to 9, the better. A value of 8 or 9 from the first two cards is called a "Natural" and wins automatically.
Deposits are processed within 30 seconds. Minimum deposit RM 20.
Every Friday, Online138 hosts an "Exclusive Baccarat Night" — a special promotion where all active members who play at the baccarat tables that evening receive an additional 15% bonus on their Friday deposit, exclusively for use at the baccarat tables. It is Online138's way of thanking its loyal baccarat community.
On top of that, consecutive bets that win five or more rounds at the baccarat table activate the "Winning Streak Bonus" — additional credits automatically applied to your account with no claim required. This is one of several rewarding surprises waiting for active players at Online138.
